The new and improved venushum.com has launched. New features include video and audio clips, release info, lyrics, forums, reviews and content sections for each of the band members.

2003-01-01: Venus Hum featured in CNN story

CNN International aired a story today about American bands going to the UK to launch their musical careers. The story features Venus Hum prominently. The story is available in a variety of streaming video formats from CNN's website.

2002-12-18: Website overhaul due before Christmas

According to click2music.co.uk (a website run by BMG UK & Ireland), Venus Hum's website is getting a brand new website that should launch by Christmas. The same article reports the the new album will be titled Big Beautiful Sky and should be released in the UK during the first half of 2003. The article also contains links to video clips from an interview with Venus Hum.

2002-12-07: Hummingbirds music video available

Venus Hum's music video for "Hummingbirds" is now available for viewing from the click2music website. It is also available on the Hummingbirds EP from BMG UK.

2002-11-14: Strean asked to contribute to Blue Man Group album

According to The Nashville Rage (volume 3, number 4), Venus Hum's Annette Strean has been asked to contribute vocals to Blue Man Group's upcoming relase. It was reported that she will sing on a cover of Donna Summer's I Feel Love.
